Most of this website is accessible to visitors without a login. Logins grant visitors access to detailed TCI product specifications and purchased product design kits.

TCI does not give access to its complete product specifications without a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). If you would like access to the complete product specifications rather than just the summaries, please download TCI's standard Mutual NDA, print two copies, have both signed by a manager at the director level or above, FAX one to (650) 949-3434, and mail both to:

The NDA specifies the terms and conditions to which a customer must agree in order to obtain access to detailed TCI product specifications via the Products section of this website.

When the signed NDA is received via FAX by TCI, it will be reviewed for completeness and the signer will be independently verified, usually on the same day. If the NDA is complete, TCI will FAX back a counter-signed NDA and an account ID and password which will allow complete access to TCI product specifications. When the signed originals are received by TCI, they will be counter-signed and one original copy will be mailed back to the customer for their records.

The signed NDA represents no commitment to purchase TCI products. All contact information in the NDA is used solely for the administration of the NDA -- TCI will not call you, send you email, or give your information to any other party, except as required by law.

If you have already signed the NDA, but have misplaced your account ID or password, please call TCI Support at (650) 949-3400 to retrieve them.

For security reasons, your login times out after one hour.
